The great thing about cardiofit is that all the preparation and planning work is done for you. Just rock up when you’re ready to workout, select a workout and get started. It’s that easy - no thinking necessary!
Currently we’re focused on bike riding and running, with indoor rowing to launch soon
Our monthly cost is just under $20/month for access to our new weekly workouts and ongoing access to our ever-growing archive.
Of course there are many factors that will influence how much progress you make, but we’d recommend around 3-4 HIIT workouts of between 20-40 minutes a week to see regular improvements. Try and get into a habit of doing it at the same time and place each day you train.
